Adonis El Fakih is the CEO of Ayna Corporation. He has developed winning business strategies for the premier Arabic search engine ayna.com, making it one of the most sought after search services in the region.

Adonis introduced Agile practices and Scrum into his organization as early as 2006, and has transformed the organization to include seven Scrum teams distributed on three continents, developing services that are value driven with regular public releases.  Adonis has studied Scrum under Ken Schwaber, one of the founders of Scrum, to gain a better understanding of the philosophy behind Scrum as it evolves.

Adonis is founding member of Scrum Arabia, a group that attracts Scrum and Agile practitioners from the region to get together and share knowledge and experience. Adonis is also an Agile Coach and Trainer for teams in Ayna and Agile companies in the region, such as ArabiaGIS, Al Summaria, Netways, Quick Refresh and ACT.
