The change will reduce the development workforce, as the software platform has reached maturity after being developed and sold for several years, and focus on developing the retail business products and services in five markets.  Management views this move as a progressive shift for the company in response to business demands in the region.</p>
<p>The changes will not affect the development and sales of the <a href="../slides/galleria/">Galleria</a> and <a title="punto for retail" href="http://www.aynacorp.com/2012/01/punto-for-retail/">Punto</a> Platforms which are which has also received acceptance from retailers in the region, nor will it affect the Scrum Training and Coaching services, which has grown over the last couple of years to service a substantial number of clients with successful engagements.  However, several online properties focused on providing free services will be affected by  the shift in the company&#8217;s goal, and online users may find some of these services inaccessible in  2012.</p>
